At Babzy.co, your satisfaction matters to us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about order delivery and returns.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale

Babzy.co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items returned with signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact your bank. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@babzy.co.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as Babzy.co cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@babzy.co with details and images of the issue before sending the item back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item once it is received and approved. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
